1. Service Agreement
The security services provided by YOUNG STAR SECURITY  are outlined in a formal agreement. This agreement will specify the scope of services, including but not limited to security guarding, patrols, and monitoring.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties. Invoices are payable within [X] days from the date of issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of [X]% of the agreed service cost.
4. Liability Limitations
While YOUNG STAR SECURITY takes all necessary precautions to provide reliable security services, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or incidents that occur outside the scope of our control, including, but not limited to, force majeure events, third-party actions, or natural disasters.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the premises and specific security needs. The client must also maintain proper working conditions at the site for our security personnel.
6. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the contract with [X] days' written notice. However, termination for breach of contract or misconduct may result in immediate cessation of services without notice.
7. Confidentiality
[Company Name] ensures that all client information remains confidential and secure. Our staff are trained to handle sensitive information, and any disclosures outside of the company are prohibited without client consent.

9. Service Availability
Our services are subject to availability. YOUNG STAR SECURITY will make reasonable efforts to meet service requests but cannot guarantee immediate availability of staff for last-minute requests.
10. Use of Equipment
YOUNG STAR SECURITY will provide necessary security equipment (e.g., radios, surveillance devices) as per the agreement. Any damage or misuse of the company-provided equipment by the client will result in additional charges.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration as per local jurisdiction laws.
12. Changes to Terms
YOUNG STAR SECURITY reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the client.
